1. Randy BAPTISTE, 28 yrs, Labourer, residing at La Tante, St. David’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned, for the offence of Stealing, articles valued at $108.00 ECC. The offence was committed on the 31.10.09.

1. Jason FRANCIS, 30 yrs, Labourer, residing at Grand Mal, St. George’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned, for the offence of Stealing, articles valued at $3,425.00 ECC. The offence was committed on the 23.10.09.

1. As a result of an operation conducted by Officers attached to Central Police Station, Rapid Response Unit, Drug Squad and Special Service Unit, in the St. George’s area, the following persons were arrested and charged: 16 yrs, Student, residing at Fontenoy, St. George’s for the offence of Possession of an Offensive Weapon, to wit: a knife and Everton Phillip, 49 yrs, unemployed, residing at Cook Hill Road, Grenville, St. Andrew’s for the offence of Possession of a Controlled Drug, to wit: one partly burnt Cannabis cigarette. One cutlass was found at River Road, St. George’s, no one was arrested. Occurred on the 31.10.2009.

1. 14 yrs, Student, residing at Fenton Village, Grand Anse, St. George’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences of Housebreaking and Stealing, articles valued at $260.00 ECC. The offences were committed on the 27.10.09.

1. Kemon BAPTISTE, 22 yrs, Bartender, residing at Golf Course, St. George’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned, for the offence of Burglary and stealing articles and cash valued at $4,000.00 ECC. The offence was committed on the 18.10.09.

1. Shawn NATHANIEL, 35 yrs, unemployed, residing at Marian, St. George’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned, for the offence of Robbery with Violence, cash amounting to $500.00 ECC. The offence was committed on the 29.10.09.

1. 17 yrs, unemployed, residing at Cook Hill Road, Grenville, St. Andrew’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned, for the offence of Possession of a Controlled Drug, to wit: one partly burnt Cannabis cigarette within 100 yards radius of a school. The offence was committed on the 30.10.09.

1. Kellon POLSON, 21 yrs, Farmer, residing at Grand Bras, St. Andrew’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned, for the offence of Possession of a Controlled Drug, to wit: five wrapped portions of Cannabis within 100 yards radius of a school. The offence was committed on the 31.10.09.

Alister PETERS, 49 yrs, Labourer, residing at High Street, Sauteurs, St. Patrick’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Possession of a Controlled Drug, to wit: five hand roll Cannabis cigarettes within 100 yards radius of a school. The offence was committed on the 31.10.09.

Delon GLUDD, 21 yrs, Labourer, residing at Thebaide, St. David’s and Dominique MARRYSHOW, 25 yrs, unemployed, residing at Apres Toute, St. David’s, were arrested, formally charged and cautioned, for the offences of Housebreaking and Stealing, articles valued at $553.53 ECC. The offences were committed between the 21 & 22.10.09.
