The Grenada Lifestyle Centre will be hosting a “Wellness/Stroke Awareness” programme from 16th November – 19th November, 2009.
This is intended to create awareness and educate our community concerning the challenges, adjustment in lifestyle and preventative measures in a holistic way. The launching of the programme will be held at the Red Cross Conference Room, Lucas Street, St. George’s on Monday 16th November 2009 at 4:30 p.m.
The Grenada Lifestyle Centre is a non profitable organization affiliated with the Grenada Conference of Seventh Day Adventist, which provides services to people in our community who have suffered strokes and have other debilitating ailments. The service we provide include: massage therapy, family counseling, nutrition food & diet counseling, hydrotherapy, weight management, testing of blood sugar and blood pressure.

Tuesday 17th September, 2009
· Interaction with Stroke Survivors
Wednesday 18th November, 2009
· Children Involvement in caring for their parents with Strokes
Thursday 19th November, 2009
· Interaction day with the Media at Victoria Park at 9:00 a.m.
· Walk-a-thon @2:30 p.m. around Grenville
· Food & Nutrition/Food Display
