Bestowed Honor For Fourth Consecutive Year As Testament To Quality, Service
GRENADA (Nov. 10, 2009) - In recognition of its reputation for excellence, the luxurious 64-room Spice Island Beach Resort in Grenada was bestowed Virgin Holidays' Gold distinction as the number one hotel in the company's Platinum Collection of exclusive top hotels and resorts around the world. This marks the fourth consecutive year that Spice has earned this prestigious honor.

During a special awards ceremony held Nov. 8, 2009 at the annual World Travel Market in London, Virgin Holidays named the three best hotels worldwide as voted by their customers. Spice Island Beach Resort took top honors (tied with The Wynn in Las Vegas) with a Gold award for achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction among Virgin Holidays' clients.
