More details are emerging from Paris Jackson's hospitalization, and what happened leading up to it, on Wednesday.
Reports that the teen took "a large number of pills" and cut herself with a knife."
Reports are that she called a "suicide hotline" and left a "suicide note."
People.com offers a slightly less dramatic picture of the scene, but confirms that Jackson, 15, "cut her wrists with a kitchen knife and took as many as 20 ibuprofen tablets."
The Jackson family, in statement from lawyers, has asked for "privacy." Katherine Jackson's lawyer said Paris "is physically fine" now and is "getting appropriate medical attention."
La Toya Jackson told ET that the family requests privacy while as they handle "these issues together." Paris' brother, Prince Michael, 16, has canceled an appearance on German television to be by Paris' side.
