A one week orientation session will be held with students going off to universities in Cuba, China and Mexico beginning this Thursday August 20th 2009.
The exercise is an initiative of the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development as they strive to ensure that students departing
Grenada to further their studies abroad are well prepared.
These sessions are geared towards preparing students on what to expect when they arrive in the country of study with regard to culture, life on campus among other areas.
The sessions will being held at the Conference Room of the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development from 9am to 4pm daily .
Parents would also be involved in the interactive session.
At the end of the orientation sessions a farewell will be held for students.
