The Secretary for Political Affairs of the Organization of American
States, (OAS), Victor Rico, indicated today that "the Secretary General
of the OAS, in accordance with the mandates received from the General
Assembly and the Permanent Council, continues to plan ahead with
complete normalcy the upcoming trip of the Mission of Foreign Ministers
to Honduras that will strive, through dialogue, to find a consensus
around the Accord of San Jose.
