Man convicted of wife's scuba death

It's been several years since Shelly Tyre, the wife of David Swain, died scuba-diving with her husband in the British Virgin Islands - and Swain has now been convicted of her murder.

A jury convicted David Swain of the drowning murder of his wife Tuesday, 10 years after the couple's scuba-diving trip in the British Virgin Islands.

Swain is facing life in prison - and he is expected to be sentenced by a judge on Nov. 4.

According to prosecutors in the case, Swain killed his wife to obtain her inheritance of $630,000 and to pursue a romance with a Rhode Island chiropractor.
