1. Joel LENDORE, 35 yrs, Sports Officers in the Ministry of Carriacou and Petite Martinique Affairs, residing at Lauriston, Carriacou, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Murder. The offence was committed between the 13 & 14.11.2009.

1. Byron BERNARD, 22 yrs, Construction Worker, residing at Sendal Street, Grenville, St. Andrew’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence Possession of a Controlled Drug, to wit: two $5.00 portions of Cannabis. The offence was committed on the 20.11.2009.

ACCIDENTS

Six (6) minor accidents were reported for the past twenty-four (24) hour period.

1. Noah LAMBERT, 18 yrs, Student, residing at Perdmontemps, St. David’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Causing Harm. The offence was committed on the 4.11.2009.

1. Jellyn GREENIDGE, 31 yrs, Housewife, residing at Windsor Forest, St. David’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Causing Harm. The offence was committed on the 26.10.2009.

1. Sean ANTOINE, 33 yrs, Mason, residing at Old Westerhall, St. David’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Possession of an Offensive Weapon, to wit: a cutlass. The offence was committed on the 26.10.2009.

1. Kendell MARK, 23 yrs, unemployed, residing at Mt. Fendue, St. Patrick’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned, for the offence of Causing Harm. The offence was committed on the 14.9.2009.

1. Justin OLIVE, 47 yrs, Craftsman, residing at New Street, Sauteurs, St. Patrick’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Indecent Assault. The offence was committed on the 15.11.2009.

1. Kemron JOHN, 21 yrs, unemployed, residing at Hermitage, St. Patrick’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Causing Harm. The offence was committed on the 25.10.2009.

1. Jude MARRAST, 26 yrs, Farmer, residing at Upper St. John’s, St. Andrew’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Causing Harm Farmer. The offence was committed on the 25.10.2009.

1. Dave BENJAMIN, 23 yrs, unemployed, residing at Coals Gap, St. David’s, was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences of Housebreaking and Stealing, articles valued at $4,955.00 ECC. The offences were committed on the 20.11.2009.
