NEW EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ELECTED

Toronto, November 7, 2009 -- The National Democratic congress (NDC) Toronto Support Group held its Annual General Meeting on, Saturday, November 7, 2009.

The following persons were elected to the Executive Committee;
Chairman   - Peter Floyd Bishop
Vice Chair  - Carol Calliste
Secretary - Sandra Pierre
Treasurer - Christine Lowe
Asst Secretary/Treasurer - Joyce McBain
PRO - Carol Calliste
Floor Member - Paul George
Floor Member - Ken Phillip.
Allister Romain  - Past-Chair (Mr. Romain did not seek re-election but will remain on the committee as the Past-Chair)

NDC Toronto would like to thank all its members for their continued support and in particular, we would like to say thanks to the former executive committee for the time served.
