Dateline St. George’s: The month of May is evolving into a very unique month for the Grenada Board of Tourism as it hosts a significant number of groups and individuals all geared towards increasing Grenada’s visibility in Europe and North America.
Earlier in the month Mrs. Alison Gardener of ‘Travel with a Challenge’ in Canada spent a week in Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique researching activities and events on all three (3) islands that would be of interest and alluring to her readers.
She was followed by an eleven-member group of United Kingdom tour operators and travel professionals, who are currently in Grenada for a one week assignment, familiarizing themselves with Grenada’s range of product facilities and amenities.
They return to the UK on Wednesday May 19, 2010.
