Thirty-eight-year-old Patricia Palmer of Myersville district, St. Elizabeth was killed and three other persons injured when the vehicle in which they were traveling crashed on the Port Kaiser main road in Mandeville, Jamaica yesterday.
The injured persons, all from Myersville district include two children whose ages are one and 10.
Reports from the Mandeville Traffic Department are that Palmer and the two children were passengers of a Nissan Sunny motor car which was driven by Nickiesha Christopher.
On reaching a section of the Port Kaiser main road, Christopher lost control of the vehicle which crashed into a utility pole. They all sustained serious injuries and were taken to the Mandeville Regional Hospital where Palmer was pronounced dead. The other three were admitted in serious but stable condition.
